Who we are

At Network Systems & Verification (NSV) the Configuration Management (CM) teams are part of the sector Portfolio Handling and Release (PHR). There are CM units both in Sweden (Kista and Linköping) and in Poland (Lodz and Krakow). The CM unit in Sweden is responsible for CM support to both RAN SW and ERS HW programs.

Our Exciting Opportunity

As a Configuration Manager you can be involved in the total development flow, from requirement definition to release of new products. You are part of a development program and work closely with project managers and engineers representing other competence areas such as system management and design.

In the project team you work with operative tasks, taking lead for the product and document planning, as well as working strategic with guidelines and processes. You will also drive and take responsibility for all product structure issues in the project. Your contribution to the team is to see the whole picture, be structured and secure quality and traceability. As part of your daily work you are responsible for driving continuous improvements of our processes and way of working.

To be successful in the role you are

  • a recent graduate holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Industrial Economics or similar technical field.

  • someone with strong service management awareness who strives for efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
  • able to set the right priorities and eliminate roadblocks.
