Interested to lead in cloud-native technologies?

Excellent, as we are looking for creative, adventurous leaders to join our Network Automation unit. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency. PDU Cloud RAN is leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offerings. The PDU contains in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks & capability to contribute to open source communities.

As a Line manager you are one of the key enablers for our software development teams; working closely with architect and engineers to build industry leading Cloud RAN automation products.

You will

  • Support a group of high-performing teams with a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and autonomy
  • Align your teams to measurable business outcomes, not output or activity
  • Collaborate with program managers and product managers on scope, planning and quality
  • Represent - through daily actions - our values and behaviors

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in computer science
  • 6+ years of software development practice in a software development group, including demonstrable experience of leading others to deliver on commitments
  • Have a passion for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing and driving R&D efficiency.
  • Domain experience: Radio / OSS / Cloud / Software engineering practices / technology evaluations
  • Grasp market development and understand customer and competitor situations
