Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a team member to work with our Playout Operations team as a Playout Operator; do you want to join us?

In this job role, you will monitor and maintain the technical and presentation quality of the channel output as per client playlist. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality, well presented and error free transmission. Your work is done in 3-shifts and will be primarily scheduled during unsociable hours.

You will

  • Lead and coordinate live events, scheduled in the dynamic channels (sometimes several events simultaneously)
  • Monitor and Quality Control of thematic channels
  • Handle equipment such as local IT tools, automation systems and playout infrastructures (non-automation)
  • Incident handling and 1st line support of local equipment
  • Manage Internal / external communication; e.g. communicate issues to customer
  • Take care of logging and reporting, create internal incident report and provide handovers to staff
