Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a System Developer to support our projects to deliver baseband products according to our high-quality standards. Your role will include all phases in the product life cycle. Securing high focus and progress on key activities in the Projects and Organization. You will also contribute into the vision, strategy and activities for the unit to further improving Products. We coordinate in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

You will

  • Manage and support on key activities in our projects and organization.
  • Execute on activities from Pre-dev to Customer area.
  • Define and manage Requirement of our Products.
  • Secure continuous improvements of products and processes.
  • Cooperate with various interfaces within and outside the PDU and get an opportunity to grow your Network.
  • Feedback Customer experiences into our organization, to further improve our Products.
  • Develop competence in Baseband and Street Macro areas, with a focus on HW and SW on a module level.


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Technical domain experience in HW and SW is an advantage.
  • High ability and will to seek for achieving needed results.
  • Ability to work fully independently as well as in Teams and adapting to current situation.
  • Very good Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.
  • System Thinking, understanding details and relations without losing the holistic view.
  • Proficient in English
