Our Exciting Opportunity

We are not satisfied with being the largest supplier of mobile connectivity around the globe, we want to bring new technology even faster to our customers. We need you to make it happened.

Technology Analysis and Visualization is here to support the company to become more focused on customer satisfaction and industrial leadership by providing the right technology and the right time. The unit is part of the CTO Office with a global scope for all business areas and 180 countries as our playing field. Transparent insights, swift actions and a hunger for improvements guides us on a daily basis. The unit has different Technology Area Leads with their respective scope, meaning you will not stand alone. In your role you will report to the Head of Technology Analysis and Visualization.

You will

  • Establish and drive Time to Technology* cross organizational and geographical boarders. Technology is the platform for our company strategy.
    • Time to Technology is the flow in how we identify, define and include new technology in our offerings
  • Identify critical technology areas where speed matters, jointly with key technology experts
  • Lead for the technology areas to be defined, work analyzed and improvement actions executed to increase speed until customer satisfaction is reached.
  • Promote speed in day to day execution.
  • Identify hurdles and propose actions to overcome them.
  • Provide transparent and analyzed results with corresponding actions in a business context.


To be successful in the role you must have

  • 10+ years of experience with strategy execution and supporting business management
  • Excellent analytical skills and used to act based on facts and trends
  • Professional interpersonal skills and phenomenal individual capacity
  • Excellent coaching & mentoring skills, good negotiation skills
  • Value management skills, including methods for ranking and evaluation of improvements
  • Integration and communications management experience, including ability to put together an integrated picture of the current scope, including its risk status and resource need, as well as to communicate this picture to the key stakeholders.
  • Ability to collect and analyze plans and reports, and to identify identification of deviations from plans and weaknesses in current business progress
  • Excellence in deliver on Commitments, making timely, clear decisions/strong recommendations which may involve tough choices or considered risks
  • Phenomenal understanding of key industry technology and architecture realizations and trends
