Our Exciting Opportunity

Digital Product Owner (DPO) has an E2E responsibility for envisioning and delivering an IT product, in line with the IT product roadmap. DPO guides the product team in realization of the digital product and prioritizes what tasks on hand. DPO is also responsible for the roadmaps and tensures successful execution. DPO should have an ability to forecast resource and competence needs and understands the funding mechanism and different governance forums

You will

  • E2E accountability for IT product and responsible for crafting product vision describing the purpose of the product
  • Accountable for prioritizing and ordering the backlog items based on the product vision, customer value and return on investment and sharing product goal
  • Guiding product team in sprint planning and daily activities, including prioritization and sequencing of user stories
  • Operational readiness which includes deployment plan, security, regulatory compliance and non-functional requirements for product delivery.
  • Leading stakeholders and dependencies across the organization
  • Making sure that the product is built according to Ericsson Target architecture
  • Financial planning, forecasting, budget requests and actuals for D/I, RUN/Operations (e.g., licenses, data storage, application operations, platform operations, etc.) and People
  • Coordinating with Chapter Leads to accurately size need for implementations and support resource planning by identifying people challenges before PAF


To be successful in the role you have

  • Education: MSC, MBA and or equivalent through experience, Engineering background preferable
  • Proven ability to guide teams with agile leadership
  • Understands business value and committed to enable value delivery
  • Customer-centric approach for product prioritization
  • Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to empower and mentor team members
  • Ability to navigate stakeholder demands to ensure the right prioritization/sequencing
