Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Lab Coordinator that will work within I&V focusing on our labs and surrounding environments.

The work is done in close partnership with the rest of the I&V team and surrounding interfaces.

Supporting the I&V organization to have an up to date lab environment enabling I&V activities.

Our lab environments are NFVI and CNIS solution environments located in KI20 and GIC RO.

The role that we are looking to fill is located in the I&V organization that operates on solution level in PDU Cloud.

At I&V we are responsible for integration and verification of the NFVI and CNIS cloud solutions.

In this role you will work in a team supporting the I&V activities we have ongoing in the labs.

You will work in close cooperation with the teams using the labs securing that they are up to date.

You will

  • Be part of the investment planning.
  • Drive and be part of lab design actvities.
  • Maintain an overview of the status of our lab.
  • Identify risks in the lab setup and propose mitigations.
  • Be part of the E3 community and be the EST contact for I&V.
  • Work hands on in the lab with activities in the area of configuration, installation, upgrades and automation & visualization of lab.


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Good organization skills and curiosity about keeping things in order
  • Experience from working in a lab used for product/solution I&V activities
  • Experience from working hands on with cloud solutions based on Open Stack and Kubernetes. Preferbly experince from NFVI and/or CNIS.
  • Good networking skills in in the area of IP and related protocols in a Data Center/Cloud environment
  • Knowledge and experience from working with Cisco/Juniper/Extreme/R6000 router/switches
  • Knowledge and experience from working in a Linux environment
