CRM Production test development is a function within the Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio in Development Unit Networks (DNEW), part of 5G product/test research, pre-development and early integration for Radio products.

Production Test Development (PTD) Kista is organized in several cross-functional teams that have test end-to-end responsibility. The teams consist of all needed skills to be able to solve user stories from a prioritized backlog. PTD Kista is accountable for test development of 5G Test Beds, Radio Macro, Small Cells, Filters and Mechanics.

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader, you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

You will

  • Drive technology and product leadership
  • Optimize the product development flow
  • Drive innovation and improvements
  • Have budget responsibilities
  • Share the knowledge and learn new technologies

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A Masters Degree education in a technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leader position
  • Experience in working with Radio products (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills and new leadership framework
  • A result orientated approach with a strong product development background
  • Interest in and a good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • Excellent skills in english, both verbally and in writing
  • A genuine interest in people
  • Ability to work and cooperate across organizational boundaries
  • A large degree of flexibility and willingness to seek different tasks
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts
