Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a Test Manager to drive that 5G Baseband Module has excellent test coverage to ensure fast feedback to the development teams with thousands of baseband developers and outstanding quality to our customers around the world.

You will

  • Decide on the Test Scope and test equipment within Module CI for different test loops - what and where
  • Define the Baseband test strategy and new test methods to ensure efficient testing on Module level
  • Analyse the impact of new 5G functionality and new digital and radio hardware, propose new test methodology and test configurations.
  • Analyse fault slips and execution efficiency and propose improvements to ensure that we guard the quality with increased execution speed and reliability
  • Mentor and support Feature test managers, Test Developers and BB Flow Operations
  • Work in a diverse team with both Test Managers and Test Product Guardians to have high-quality test product
  • Collaborate cross programs with development teams, testers and guardians to pursue slips and flow stoppers and to continuously improve our processes

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A Master of Science degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Wireless Communication, Applied Physics or equivalent
  • Proven experience in working with test and continuous integration
  • A forward-thinking, hardworking and creative personality. You are an outstanding teammate who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and embraces challenge
  • Excellent technical communication skills
  • Business and leadership awareness
  • Love for multicultural environment and appetite for innovative technology
  • Expertise in LTE and 5G technologies
