Our Exciting Opportunity

Who we are

Product Development Unit (PDU) Cloud RAN within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) will ensure Ericsson's readiness in virtualization of radio access network (RAN) solutions and complement our embedded RAN portfolio in order to serve our customers when deploying 5G. PDU Cloud RAN is building a full-stack virtualization of the 5G NR CU (Central Unit) and DU (Distributed Unit) based on COTS HW and cloud-native technologies.

Our NFVi and System integration department plays a strategic role in making sure Cloud RAN solutions meet our customers' expectations by providing know-how and Cloud infrastructure capabilities delivering efficient, qualitative and just-in-time test and production environments for our design centers. Developing, Maintaining, Tuning, Automating, constantly Improving are our daily basis activities while mastering Agile/DevOps ways-of-working in a collaborative and friendly environment.

We are now opening a Master Thesis - Cloud Infrastructures position in our group.
