Are you a skilled Sales Leader and ready for new challenges? We are now looking for a Sales Manager to our Business Unit Gothenburg & Central.

As Business Unit Sales Manager you will have a key role in setting and driving our strategic sales agenda and bring CGI's end-to-end services, ranging from business consulting capabilities to systems integration and managed IT services, to our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As BU Sales Manager you will report to our BU Leader and take responsibility for our regional sales teams and manage a sales budget of approximately 1300 MSEK. Together with the sales organization, you will be responsible for strengthening our position as a transformation and business partner to our top clients. You will be part of a supportive and dedicated team where we enjoy working together.

Your duties include:
• Set sales strategy and go to market plans for key clients and key offerings
• Responsibility for sales budget and monthly sales forecasts
• Proactively work with key accounts to build sales pipe
• Be on top of sales figures and continuously report key KPI:s
• Manage a sales organization distributed over several geographies in Sweden
• Set the agenda for Large Deal development in cooperation with sales organization and delivering units
• Build a network within CGI locally and with our Global Delivery Centres
• Drive sales-related initiatives in our Business Plan

Together with the sales organization, you will be responsible for strengthening our position as a transformation and business partner to our top clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To succeed in this role you need to have excellent business acumen and a strong can-do attitude. You are a self-starter that proactively engages in client dialogues, sets sales strategies/plans, and follow-through. You possess a network among clients in one or several of our target industries Manufacturing, Automotive Public or Health. You have an analytical mindset and you know your numbers. You are a true team player that can motivate and inspire your team to be brave in setting and reaching challenging targets.

We want you to have experience from/within:
• Shaping and driving large and complex deals in the consulting business
• Inspiring, motivating, and leading sales teams to deliver on common targets
• Building networks with clients on an executive level
• Navigating in a global organization to build an internal network
• Setting sales and go-to-market strategies
• Compiling sales data to report on sales status/progress
