ASOP is CGI's Application Services Optimization Program.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter

Working as an ASOP Support team member at CGI means a varied everyday life. Here you are offered the opportunity to develop as a member in a global team. We participate in and run projects and commitments mainly from our local office. We work both individually and together with other colleagues in our global organization. Our assignments are carried out with the support of established methods and models based on industry standards.

As an ASOP Support team member, you will be working in our local ASOP environment with support, Incident management and change management. You will be the team member in a team with 3 members.

Your duties include:

• Maintain/follow SDLC
• Incident/Service Request/Change/Problem Management
• Resolving/fulfilling Issues raised via ASOP Support Portal
• Maintain ASOP Support Portal and Robot automation fulfilment (uses admin account)
• Demand Management (Capacity, Availability, Performance - performance health checks)
• Security Management - security health checks (access)
• Product/Service Communications
• ASOP instance deployments - scheduled changes, emergency changes, vendor, product
• Supply chain management - GTO, vendors
• Maintain forward schedule of change
• Maintain ASOP Knowledge Base
• Maintain HRD, HDD
• Maintain Operational Framework
• ASOP workbench/vendor roadmap

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll

To succeed in the role of ASOP Support team member, we are looking for you who have technical skills, and you are a great team player. You have experience from a similar job and are used to work with Atlassian suite. You are fluent in English and have an academic degree in IT.
