We are now looking for a mixed-signal IC developer with digital design background to join our team of IC designers for Ericsson radio base stations.

You should be innovating, adapting and responding to change. We also believe you have a general understanding of product development and IC E2E development flow. The RFIC design team in Kista, has the assignment, in collaboration with our colleagues in Linköping and Lund, to develop sophisticated custom design RF- and MS-ASICs for our products. We work with the newest technology both when it comes to radio standards and silicon technology. We are organized in teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing come as a natural part of the daily work.

You will

  • Develop state-of-the-art mixed-signal designs with focus on digital implementation on silicon
  • Perform trouble shooting and user support
  • Develop competence in technical domain

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: M.Sc. EE. or other relevant degree
  • Min years of experience: 4
  • Solid experience in digital front-end development and RTL implementation, synthesis and verification
  • Knowledge of digital back-end implementation such as Floorplan, Place & Route, Clock-tree, STA and Power analysis
  • Experience in Cadence AMS design environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and in writing

Additional meriting experience

  • Analog behavior modelling in Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS
  • Si processing knowledge
