We are now looking for a Procurement, Logistics & Asset manager for Ericsson internal connectivity to join our team!

Product Area IP Connectivity is a global partner for connectivity services, meeting the Ericsson internal and external needs for security, availability, speed, and scalable on-demand network capacity to enable the business transformation. The Procurement, Logistics & Asset management team works as an agile scrum team in the product organization model together with our colleagues in the technical product teams.

We provision hardware, software, support, and links to all sites around the world to secure Ericsson with connectivity. This means that we handle the entire end-to-end service flow, from a purchase to a delivery. Our support also entails financial aspects, everything from providing quotes, to securing financial bookings and all other activities of purchase requisitions. When hardware is procured our responsibility is not finished. Our team secures proper bookings and depreciation of the assets.

The procurement is centralized where we support with both local orders and importing to local companies. We secure that both trade compliance and the local financial directives are followed, and the local purchase is booked financially correct.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Head of PA IP Connectivity.

You will

  • Work in an agile team setup with Procurement, Logistics & Asset management including driving continuous improvements
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end service flow from purchase to delivery of hardware, software, support and links
  • ensure financial quality by securing correct financial bookings and invoice quality
  • Work according to trade compliance, financial and legal directives


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' experience from Procurement, Logistics & Asset management
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
  • Trade compliance knowledge
  • Change & improvement management skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Experience from working in Agile methodology setup
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
